SRS Guarding & Facility Management is more than a decade old & ISO 9001-2015 Certified Company

Registered with Government of Karnataka under Shops and Establishments Act of 1961 for providing Security and Facility Management Services. The Company is licensed to function as Guarding Services Provider as per the Private Security Agencies (Regulation) Act 2005. The Company is one among the few chosen by the Authorities, for issuing License. The company was issued license to function, after the authorities concerned satisfied themselves through strict scrutiny and judgment that the company is strictly adhering to 100% compliance of laid down parameters.

Since incorporation the company has a healthy growth having more than 4200+ personnel catering to the needs of 520+ satisfied clients

We have developed a healthy customer relationship by providing reliable and quality services for Security and Facility Management needs.

We have been maintaining a very competitive edge to enable a saving of 15 to 20% to our clientele as compared to other service provider of similar nature by maintaining lower margins and reducing avoidable overheads.

Chairman & Managing Director

The company was founded in the year 2007 by Mr. Sriramamurthy M S to provide initially Security Services to different organizations, like I.T Companies, Malls, Hospitals, Govt. Organizations, Banks , ATMs, Construction companies, Residential / Service Apartments, Cinema Halls, Amusement Parks, Hotels and Event Management Units etc.

The Agency turned premier organization over the 13 years of its existence. The organization has grown by leaps and bounds. The company Boasts of clientele of more than 500 and staff strength of 4200+

The company promises to continue its all out effort to give their best to the valued customers in the days to come by adopting innovative methods, newly changing technologies and techniques in the field of Guarding and Facility Management.

Colonel M A Pemmaiah (Retd)
Security Advisor

After graduation from BMS College of Engineering, he joined the Indian Army. He was also a Union Secretary, Athletic Champion in College.

Colonel M A Pemmaiah has retired from “The Corps of Engineers” (Indian Army) who had highly experienced in Combat, as well as Administration, Instructional Task. He had Commanded an Engineer Regiment in the National Capital (Delhi) and was responsible for all arrangement’s including of National Events such as Republic Day, Independence Day, Army Day functions besides International and National Events like National Games, International Conferences including Rashtrapati Bhavan Events.

During his Army career spanning over three decades, he had the opportunity of overseeing Internal Security and National Disaster Management System. He has vast knowledge of Combat related Engineering Projects, Reconnaissance, Early Warning System and had experience in handling IED and Explosive devices.

After retirement he had the opportunity of serving premier security agencies for more than twenty years. He has close contacts in organizing and execution of security duties in large organization which has staff strength of 5000+ employees deployed in more than 300 different types of units.

Lieut (R) K Gopakumar
Chief Executive Officer & General Manager

Lieut K Gopakumar is the Chief Executive Officer & General Manager of the Company. He had nearing three decade of illustrious services. During the Army service he had bestowed with Chief of Army Staff and GOC-IN–C, Northern Command Commendation for distinguished service. He had organized two International Conferences (Indo- French Talks and PLA Delegation from China) during his tenure as Group Manager of “The Madras Sappers” (Corps of Engineer).

He has worked as a General Manager in one of the leading Security Agency in South India for seven and half years before joining our company. He has over fifteen years of experience in the field of Facility Management and Security Solution business.

A Sreeramana Rao
Asst. General Manager

A Sreeramana Rao is the Asst. General Manager of the Company. He is an experienced Professional of over 20 years in the Armed Forces (Indian Air Force) specializing in Radio Communications, Stores handling, Human Resource Management to include Recruitment, Training & Placement.

Over 12 years of experience in leading Multinational Companies specializing in Security, Training, Managing & Developing Human Resources to meet Client’s requirement and satisfaction before joining our Company in 2016.

Lead and motivated teams of Professionals in the field of Communication and Security. Analyzed and Planned Security set up for major Multinational Companies like NetApp, American Online, SAP Labs, International Tech Park Bangalore etc.
